Delivery and Returns – Terms and Conditions

By placing an order on our website you agree to be bound to our terms and conditions.

Pricing Policy

  • All prices quoted are in pound sterling and inclusive of vat where applicable
  • Prices exclude packing and handling charge
  • In the event of price increase from our suppliers we may find necessary to adjust our prices accordingly. We will give you notice of any price increase before delivery. The buyer will then have three days to cancel his order/contract from the seller notice of such increase.

Return and Exchange

  • If any picking errors occur please inform us within 48 hours from receipt of the order.
  • All Gandolfi garments and shoes sold online are manufactured in our factory in England.
  • We take pride in only using high quality fabrics and leathers to make our garments and shoes, however should you not be completely satisfied, under “ UK distance selling regulations” you have a right to cancel your order within 14 working days of receipt.
  • We will refund the goods provided you have notified us by e-mail within 14 working days of receipt, provided the goods are in new and perfect condition, in original packaging with tags still attached. Once notified please note there is a £ 2.00 handling charge per item for all refunds for goods received after 14 dans. All refunds are for merchandise only.
  • When trying on ballet shoes please make sure you try them on carpet as not to mark the soles. We will not refund if soles are marked
  • All returns must be sent postage paid. Recorded delivery is strongly recommended as we do not accept responsibility for mislaid parcels.
  • Postage is non-refundable in any circumstances.
  • Refunds can take up to 3 weeks due to processing.
  • All returns will go through a thorough inspection.
  • Foil and Metallic materials may fade, dull or peel with wear and repeated washing. This is not a fault but consistent with fair wear and tear.

What we will not refund or accept returns for

  • Ballet shoes if soles are marked and dirty.
  • Tights and Underwear if the packaging has been opened. For hygiene reasons we will not accept back tights and underwear for refund or exchange if the packaging has been opened.
  • Made to order garments.

  • We will normally process your order within 2 working days, however please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery as some of the garments will be made to order.
United Kingdom Mainland
  • Orders under £80.00 – £ 5.95
  • Orders over £80.00 – free delivery

  • Orders for Europe £15.00 – International Recorded
  • Orders for the rest of the world from £25.00
  • Orders outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are levied when the delivery reaches its specific destination and you will be responsible for the payment of any such duties and taxes.
